Change looms for longstanding South Australian telco panel

South Australia is looking to overhaul its whole-of-government telecommunications purchasing arrangements through the creation of a new marketplace panel.

The proposed Telecommunications Services Marketplace (TSM) is the latest procurement reform in the state following the creation of the managed platform services (MPS) panel last year. The new procurement vehicle is intended to provide a wider range of suppliers, increasing agencies’ procurement flexibility and access to emerging technologies.
