The NSW Telco Authority has developed a new connectivity strategy to guide the state's multi-billion-dollar investments in telco network infrastructure and digital technologies.
Despite NSW's high level of digital government maturity, there is still work to be done to extend network coverage, particularly to those living in regional and rural areas.
The strategy sets out six principles to guide investment decisions, align and optimise government programs, and promote a contemporary, fast and equitable digital network for all citizens.
