Procurement Rules: Decade of Data Increases Likelihood of Overhaul

The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) has analysed a decade of government procurement data, showing that around a third of the total contracted value was awarded without a competitive tender process and providing further impetus for an overhaul of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
