NSW Budget: Big Boost for Customer Service, Cyber, iCare

NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey has handed down his second budget in nine months, delivering a big funding boost to the Department of Customer Service (DCS), a significant investment in digital tools at the state workplace insurer, and a multi-million dollar allocation to introduce AI tools into the state Planning Portal.
