New Zealand Prime Minister Chris Luxon has responded to a deteriorating economy and a slump in the polls by announcing a major cabinet reshuffle, after his new Treasury Secretary issued a blunt warning that there will be no further cash available for ‘significant’ ICT projects in the upcoming budget.
