Government Cyber Security Readiness Indicator 2020
Jurisdictional Whole of Government enablers compared
The sophistication and scope of cyber-attacks is increasing according to the Australian Cyber Security Centre, particularly as agencies have had to deal with challenges such as the growth in remote working and the rise of COVID-19 related scams and other forms of opportunistic cyber criminality that have emerged during the chaos of the pandemic.
Intermedium’s Government Cyber Security Readiness Indicator (GCRI) report assesses the degree to which the governments of Australia (federal, state and territory) and New Zealand (central) have put in place necessary enablers for cyber security resilience and capability building.
The GCRI is a measure of what each government has done at a whole of government level to ensure that its agencies are supported and enabled in their cyber security activities.
