System Enhancement Or Upgrade | The process of improving or adding new features, functionalities, or capabilities to an existing computer system or application. It involves making changes or modifications to the system, which could include upgrading hardware components, updating software versions, improving security, or enhancing performance. |
System Migration | The process of moving data, applications, and other IT assets from one computer system or environment to another. This can include transferring data between different operating systems, hardware, or software platforms. System migration is typically performed when an organisation wants to upgrade its IT infrastructure, consolidate multiple systems into a single platform, or move to a cloud-based environment. The process can involve significant planning and coordination to ensure that data and applications are transferred correctly and that any potential downtime is minimised. |
System Replacement Or Redevelopment | The process of replacing or upgrading an existing system for better performance, functionality, and/or reliability. This involves analysing the existing system, identifying its shortcomings, designing and developing a new system, and finally deploying and testing the new system. |
Tablet | A mobile computing device that typically has a touch-sensitive screen for input and lacks a physical keyboard. Tablets are designed to be highly portable and lightweight. Most tablets run on operating systems such as Android, iOS, or Windows, and are equipped with wireless connectivity options such as Wi-Fi or cellular data. |
Technical | Software that is designed to assist with technical tasks or activities. This can range from applications that help with engineering or scientific calculations, to software that assists with computer programming and development. Technical software can also include tools for data analysis, visualisation, and modelling. |

Telco Managed Services | Services provided by a telecommunications company (telco) on behalf of the client organisation. These services typically include planning, deploying, maintaining, and managing voice and data communications, internet connectivity, network security, and related services. |

This includes a wide range of products and services, such as telephone services, internet connectivity, cable and satellite television services, mobile and wireless communications, and networking equipment and services.
